- Nia is my absolute passion. I'm a Brown Belt Certified Nia Instructor, having trained in the US with Nia founders, Debbie & Carlos Rosas. I have been practising Nia for 8 years and teaching for 5. I'm also a qualified Group Fitness Instructor & have Reiki Level II.
In Native American medicine tradition, the hummingbird sings a vibration of pure joy. It is said that hummingbird feathers open the heart, and that without an open and loving heart, you can never taste the nectar and pure bliss of life.

ReplyDeleteYou must write more about the goddess of tantra...well really about all of it...the potter, too. Blending those two might be fun...and maybe a little drumming and dancing, too.
